It is hard to admit but I have not worked out in months.
I recognize I have to change, and I will change. I know being specific
will help so here is my goal: to workout at least twice a week.

This blog is about daring to reach. My goal is to acquire a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology. This degree is unique since we are required to be Scientists and Practitioners. This means that I need to research and see clients, and hopefully combine the two. My goal is to let you guys know how this work, while I'm doing it :D
